Introduction: The Social Health & Education Development (SHED) Board is a national emergency response and development organization. It is a service arm of Bangladesh Baptist Church Sangha (BBCS) which is well recognized as one of the countries.

With time, the leaders of BBCS felt the need to run their ministry under an appropriate name and entity as per the country’s laws.
